We are looking for a Store Manager who will lead all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service, ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience. As the Store Manager, you will provide people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, work order management, providing high levels of customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
- Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and company goals, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Ensure that every technician is SafeTech™ certified and performing quality installs or repairs through training, re-training, and coaching
- Provide guidance and positive reinforcement for vehicle and equipment maintenance and recordkeeping
- Respond quickly to client complaints and warranty issues, providing world-class customer service
- Perform any other assigned duties
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma/GED or 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred)
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- 3 years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to incentivizing performance
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments, preferably in automotive
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
- Professional appearance and ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs., working at elevated heights, remaining on your feet for extended periods
