About the team/role
Checkr is looking for a Website Conversion Manager to help fuel our rapid growth. This role will be a part of the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Growth Strategy & Operations. This role will be responsible for optimizing all conversion paths on our website to further scale our website as an acquisition channel. In this role, you will partner closely with our Design, Website, Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to scale our SMB business and transform our website into a conversion machine.
The ideal candidate has experience executing website conversion strategies at a fast-growing company. You will leverage your web expertise, analytical skills, experimentation mindset, and creativity to identify opportunities to test and optimize our conversion paths. What you’ll do
Own our website optimization testing strategy across all pages and acquisition tools (on-page forms and chatbot). Maintain a testing roadmap and a rigorous prioritization framework.
Partner closely with our design and web development teams to develop a best-in-class website design system rooted in conversion rate optimization principles
Analyze datasets to understand our key website conversion paths and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with marketing channel owners to provide best practices and recommendations for how to optimize their campaign landing pages
Develop user testing strategy to inform conversion rate optimization roadmap
Collaborate with product growth team to ensure a consistent and optimized full-funnel conversion path
What you bring
4-6 years of experience with expertise in website optimization and web analytics.
Experience at a fast growing tech company
Strong analytical mindset. A rock-solid understanding of statistical significance and how to translate web initiatives to estimated business impact.
Hands-on experience using A/B testing tools and using GA4 to inform insights and strategy.
A customer-centric mindset, always seeking ways to improve the customer experience.
Experience optimizing a website chatbot / conversational marketing program to conversion rate goals.
Proficient with basic analytical tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Looker, Looker Studio)
Ability to drive projects forward across multiple teams and manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
A desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency
Self starter: go-getter attitude who likes to get things done on their own initiative
