As a Sales Development Rep, you'll help to drive sales growth and strategic account penetration within the UK and Ireland. Create, implement, execute and manage Sales Development lead generation campaigns within target accounts. You'll also be responsible for enterprise/high revenue brand identification.

What You Need To Succeed At GXO
- Create pipeline revenue focused lead generation campaigns
- Operate as the regional advocate to manage the internal processes that are needed to more efficiently generate qualified sales pipeline including
- Using your natural hunting instinct to identify strong sales opportunities that fit our specification of an ideal client
- Scoping meetings with prospects, supporting partners in IT, operations and other departments
- Using your entrepreneurial flair and creativity to ensure sales campaigns generate well qualified sales pipeline
- Use your account mapping skills to develop a strategic approach to lead generation and sales development
- Work closely with regional Business Development Managers and the Head of Global Sales Development to develop and execute tactical sales plans
- Proactively target new business through outbound lead generation and prospecting via cold calls, emails, social media and specific sales tools
- Effectively and diligently manage Salesforce and mine the database for sales development initiatives
- Works with Demand Generation and Marketing to develop an ongoing lead generation schedule and strategy
- Puts processes in place to ensure leads are being nurtured and followed up on a regular basis
- For new product development, learn GXO's new and emerging products and the sales process to take these to market
We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent related work experience
- 2+ years lead generation or Business/Sales development experience in the eCommerce or Business Process Outsourcing space required.
- Has a track record of high achievement within Business/Sales Development and lead generation.
- High energy and enthusiasm; eager to make daily cold calls, initiate campaigns and learn from seasoned sales professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage oneself and be self-motivated to attain the team/individual objectives.
- Possesses strong social media networking skills.
- Ability to take in criticism and move forward with a mentor.
- Comfortable working in a transparent relationship to learn how to sell and become a high-income earner.
- Integrity and commitment to deliver on the team's jointly developed plans.
- Strong initiative to learn from a leader and drive the jointly developed tactical plans, campaigns, outreaches, etc., to a successful conclusion as a team member.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
- Strong experience using CRM software (Salesforce is preferred).
- Sales forecasting experience.
- Travel in support of trade shows and customers is required occasionally
