We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HRIS data entry. Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees complete necessary paperwork.
HRIS Data Entry:
- Enter and update employee information in the HRIS system (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain the integrity of HRIS records.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis as required.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve any issues.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Assist in preparing and submitting required HR reports and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary : $38,200 - $48,900
