JOB DESCRIPTION: Carwash Manager- EXPRESS
Position Purpose The Express Carwash Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the business, attaining sales/profit goals, hiring, training and sustaining staff while maintaining company values, policies, culture and brand standards at all times. Managers use their leadership and adherence to company principles, values and policies to deliver high levels of customer service. They are responsible for equipment and site maintenance, cash handling/balancing, banking/deposits, brand standards of property and associates and site security at opening and closing of the location. This position can be hourly non-exempt or salary exempt depending upon the level of management. Managers qualify for bonus based on profitability.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Provide excellent customer service at all times to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage the overall site operations, production, labor and profitability
- Follow all procedural, operational and safety training.
- Recruit/hire/train/certify/coach/ mentor associates on process and procedures
- Open and close the location per MCCW/CMC training
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe site at all times (tunnel, equipment, lot, lobby, restrooms)
- Ensure all equipment and mechanicals are working to their optimum capability
- Address any equipment or mechanical issue immediately
- Order chemicals and supplies as needed
- Drive sales, memberships, loyalty programs
- Manage labor, expenses, chemical / supply utilization
- Ensure location is staffed for business everyday
- Local Marketing and B2B, community involvement
- Respond to / relieve congested areas due to fluctuations in business flow
- Maintain overall site appearance/equipment /Brand Standards
- Any other job task assigned by Corporate Management

Physical Job Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
