Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Maintain and maximize current client base utilizing CRM
- Perform continual prospecting: cold calling, following up on leads and referrals, and contacting new offices and personnel in the office of existing customers
- Follow up on sales activity via phone and/or email communication
- Manage full-cycle sales process from prospecting to closing of project
- Develop and maintain accurate customer files in order to enable easy tracking of an account’s progress
- Maintain weekly and monthly sales activity reports
- Meet regularly with the Vice President to discuss current challenges and future sales opportunities
- Analyze client base so that you can determine best marketing approach, organize events and other situations that help drive sales
- Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor
Education and/or Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum Experience: One to two (1-2) years of experience and/or training in outside sales
- Valid Driver’s License

- Expected to have strong analytical skills
