Job Overview:
The primary focus of the Marketing Service Representative in the Clark County East and Clark County West offices of John L. Scott, Inc. is to provide Brokers Associates with marketing support to help them promote their listings, grow their business, and create custom marketing printed and digital pieces. This position will have support on marketing projects from other JLS offices regionally, if needed. This person will also greet guests, answer phones/emails and perform project-based work to support leadership. This is truly an important role as John L. Scott is known for the excellent service we provide; the Marketing Services Representative is a critical part of this mission. Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- ·Be the face of the branch as the first point of contact for external customers by greeting and assisting all guests as they enter and answering the branch’s main phone line and email account
- Provide marketing assistance by designing/customizing flyers, postcards, and other printed and digital materials needed to market and promote new listings
- Assist in a range of Broker Services including, but not limited to, listings, transactions, client relations, and marketing services
- Create content for and manage office social media accounts.
- Assist with contacts and email marketing, including the import/export of csv files, assigning company email campaigns
- Manage office supply inventory, ordering, and daily restocking.
- Provide technical assistance and/or training for equipment and John L. Scott software applications to brokers. Troubleshoot and maintain office equipment. Act as liaison between brokers and the IT department by engaging with Broker Care (IT) if unable to resolve a broker issue.
- Maintain office rosters, birthdays, milestone updates, and celebratory content for internal postings
- Reliable attendance to ensure initiatives and processes are moving forward and maintain outstanding customer service
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Attention to detail and organization while managing tight deadlines and multiple projects
- Maintain effective professional relationships with brokers and JLS staff and gains trust and respect for the team
- Receptive to new ideas and processes and candid in the sharing of information

Qualifications:
- Minimum associate’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field or 2 to 4 years of practical work experience preferred
- Experience with Canva or other layout design software such as, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
- Experience using a CRM platform
- Experience in business social media platforms, e.g., Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Experience with email marketing tools a plus
- Real Estate experience helpful but not required
Position & Benefits:
- The position is full time, Monday-Friday, and is considered non-exempt for purposes of Wage and Hour Law
- Pay is from $19 to $21 (Per hour)
