ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Corporate Concierge will focus on providing exceptional, high-touch service to clients while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

In this role, approximately 70% of your day will be dedicated to elevated concierge servicing, including (but not limited to): fulfilling client research requests and supporting specialized high-end client programs. The remaining 30% of your time will be devoted to taking calls and request intake.


Enjoy a Hybrid work schedule

This is a full-time position located in Miami, Florida, just minutes away from Miami International Airport. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, weekly, for an 8-hour work shift. Shift time will be within our operating hours of 7:00 am — 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The salary is $17.50 per hour, and you're eligible for a quarterly bonus as well.


This role is based in our Miami office and reports to the Concierge Services Center Manager or his/her designate.


SENIOR CALL CENTER CONCIERGE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fulfill client research requests, including daily needs such as vendors, service providers, online shopping, information resources, gift suggestions, and scheduling personal appointments and services
  • Handle inbound calls while offering the highest level of customer service
  • Support specialized client programs as needed
  • Promote collaboration with team members and management to sustain a respectful work environment
  • Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality
  • Any other duties that are needed to drive the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization


SENIOR CORPORATE CONCIERGE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Internet navigation and sourcing
  • Display exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills
