Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including journal entries and audits.
• Generate accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Develop budgets
• Collaborate with the CEO and Operations leaders on strategic projects.
• Foster team development and strengthen the Johnny Clean brand.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5 years accounting experience.
• 4 yr. Accounting Degree.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with accounting cycles (cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Experience with external auditors preferred.
• Experience in Data Analytics or Financial Analytics is a significant advantage.

• Based in our Deerfield Beach office. This is not a remote role.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
