Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is looking for an Registered Nurse at our Pediatrics practice in Rockville, Maryland. The Registed Nurse in the ambulatory care practice works under the direction of the Provider and in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, and participates as an integral part of the interdisciplinary health care team in providing the highest quality of care to the patient. Provides and coordinates direct care to patients. Employs interviewing, observation, and clinical assessment skills to obtain objective and subjective data about the patient and develop a plan of care. Coordinates and Prioritizes care for individuals and populations of patients. Guides and advises other interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes. Collaborates with quality management and case management teams to coordinate patient care.

Shift: Non-exempt, - Full-time 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree, Associate degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or able to obtain. Current CPR certification.
- Two years medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
