POSITION SUMMARY:
The Unit Associate, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in cooperation with all the members of the patient care team, provides a variety of nutritional, clinical, and transportation services and activities to promote patient comfort and satisfaction. Contributes to a positive work environment as an active team member with a commitment to learning and skill development. Responsibilities include: maintaining inventory supply ad stocking units according to established procedures and standards. Transporting patients and equipment, delivering records and specimens, and assisting nursing and medical personnel in delegated direct/indirect patient care activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Licensure, Certification:
None
Work Experience:
Six months of work experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. At least 6 months of continuous employment.
Assessment(s): This position will require the passing of a basic computer and following instructions test to be considered.
