The GRC Operations Analyst possesses an understanding of technical processes coordinated with Identity and Access Management solutions.
Their ability to work with customers to resolve users related access incidents as well as support implementations of new access related features are components of the role. Additional responsibilities also include development and maintenance of all documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions and Knowledge articles for Global Service Desk and customers as part of Operations. They may also support other team functions in areas of access reviews, remediation, change control, testing and audit.
Key responsibilities:
- GRC SAP Access related Incident resolution
- Level 1 and Level 2 support to application owners and end users
- GRC 12/S4 HANA Deployment testing support
- GRC User Access Recertification monitoring and support
- Support Audit cycle testing, attestations, audit remediation and audit evidence
- Partner with other IT Teams to maintain regulatory compliance for SAP GRC
- Strong understanding of:
- SAP GRC Change Management
- SAP GRC Access Risk Analysis
- SAP GRC Access Request Management
- SAP GRC Emergency Access Management
- Identity & Access Management experience.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Keep abreast of:
- Emerging business needs of IT solutions
- Emerging technical developments (incremental and transformational)
- Standard methodologies and their relevance to the organization’s objectives
- Developments within the J&J business landscape as a whole
- Network with customers/service users and IT partners
Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Experience in Microsoft skills (EXCEL, PowerPoint)
- 3 years professional work experience providing IT services and ERP solutions in a sophisticated global enterprise is required.
- 3 years of incident management and end user support is required.
- 2 years of documentation experience is required.
- Experience in support of global projects and users
- Experience in support of global related incidents
- Experience in using TruVault, and/or EDMS
- Understanding of SDLC Life cycle management
- Understanding of Change Control
- Understanding of regulatory and Sarbanes Oxley compliance controls
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent requests
