This IT Lead - Digital Marketing Customer Data member of the team will be responsible for leading all aspects of the integration of customer marketing data across multiple digital platforms as part of an integrated marketing technology
Success in this role requires a passion for driving data driven strategies that enable Janssen to help the right customers, in the right channel, at the right time. Key Responsibilities:
Understand the overall marketing technology stack and the responsibilities of customer data within each part of the stack.
Define strategies to best integrate various customer profile data and behavior interactions touch points across email, web, social, mobile, and paid media.
Collaborate closely with other teams such as Data Sciences, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and IT to drive wholistic data driven customer experiences.
Build and enforce policies for effective marketing data management across a portfolio of brands with attention to all technical aspects.
Own data compliance and quality processes for consent, privacy and preferences, including work instructions/SOPs for CCPA and related audits.
Manage master exclusion lists and processes, coordinating with external vendors.
Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, traceability, and legitimacy of customer data.
Partner with product managers to analyze brand marketing requirements and define technical specifications.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of data-driven campaigns and marketing automation solutions is required.
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners to drive a consistent customer marketing data strategy is required.
Hands-on experience of administering, configuring, or integrating marketing campaigns is required.
Experience with data governance, mapping, and integration across multiple teams is required.
Familiarity with creating segmentation and micro segmentation rules across multiple customer profile attributes and interaction data is required.
Experience with SQL / data queries is required.
Experience with healthcare industry and deep understanding of regulatory requirements and its operating environment is preferred.
Additional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or other campaign management / marketing automation tools is preferred.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is preferred.
This position is located in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 5% travel.
