Make Site Leader

This role will have primary responsibility to partner with plant leadership team with overall accountability of plant technology product roadmap, portfolio, and investment strategy, aligned to Business Segment and JJT strategy. The individual needs to be self-directed and demonstrate strong ability to lead thru change and ambiguity with out of the box thought leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with cross-functional team to define product requirements
• Generates key user insights
• Develops hypothesis on solutions
• Drives product line vision
• Supports definition of success criteria for products
• Drives the team and ensures that all are working towards a common goal, ultimately delivering value
• Sprint Review: Approves new stories and adds regular feedback, includes business/partners in product reviews to gain direct feedback
• Understands and defines (or helps define) scope for MVP
• Defines acceptance criteria
• Actively participates on Scrum rites
• Participates in retrospectives
• Monitors sprint metrics, release metrics, and usability test results
• Prioritizes functionality for release

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• 7 years of SC IT delivery experience, Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of consumer industry
• Experience in next generation, end-to-end supply chain and emerging information technologies
• Expertise in lean, six sigma and business process mapping
• Deep understanding of business drivers/processes, experience to relate priorities to associated technology investments is required
• Experience working across multiple levels of an organization, knowledge of trends (e.g., digital, data & analytics) is required
• Must have knowledge to build solutions centric to key business initiatives & strategy plans, represent ideas in business-friendly language
• Expertise with preparing use case for manufacturing and track benefits realization
• Consistent in delivering operational efficiencies and financial commitments
• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC)
• Experience working in projects applying Agile methodology
• Experience handling product backlog in JIRA
• Experience with JIRA for assessment and prioritization of user JIRA stories
• Experience with Operate & Build of apps, Project Management, Software Testing, Implementation
• Experience working within a regulated (GxP) environment
• Proven track record program delivery of Supply Chain projects
• Specific Make product (application), platform, or solution knowledge
