Pay Range: $55k-$70k/year DOE

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and operating systems such as Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, and newer, Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Working knowledge of IP networking and security. IP Routing, Site-to-site, and client VPN network connections, VLAN, QoS, VOIP.
- Problem-solving skills: listening to, interpreting, and meeting the needs of others; diagnosing and rectifying problems.
- Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, MS SharePoint, and data standards & normalization best practice techniques and tools.
- Ability to use software tools for data profiling, data cleansing, data analysis, and data modeling.
- Ability to use the Internet, e-mail, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to write status reports, processes, procedures, and Service Level Agreements.
- Skill in technical writing for documentation purposes.
The Opportunity:
Proactively maintains and supports employees in the use of Information Technology by providing support for all IT products and services including telecommunications, hardware, software, remote access, and business applications.
This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. This position offers a competitive compensation package and a positive, friendly, and fun work environment!
- Provides timely, professional, and high-quality customer service to users by responding to various hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technology needs, as well as phone-related problems
- Maintains documentation for all IT Support calls
- Provides Microsoft application troubleshooting support (Microsoft Office Suite) to internal users
- Performs proactive health monitoring of network and servers, preventative Maintenance for Operating Systems
- Performs Antivirus Administration on all company computers
- Build, configure and set up all new workstations and peripheral hardware; provides training to new users. Relocates existing computer equipment as needed
- Assists the Director of Operations in annual IT budget preparations
- Maintains hardware and software inventory
- Provides support for all hosted PBX-related issues by setting up new users, moving existing phone lines, resolving issues, and coordinating upgrades with vendors
- Develops and maintains IT Support maintenance, policies, and procedures, and documents common fixes to problems. Creates documentation for user procedures upon implementation of IT-driven projects
- Performs research and other data management and IT projects as assigned
