Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary: $55,000-65,000 based on experience
Summary: Oversees the use of digital media to acquire viable leads and manages the digital presence of Joining Industries’ companies.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
1. Create Cost-Per-Click (CPC) campaigns and assets, with or without collaboration of an agency partner.
2. Develop and execute content strategies around target audience and business goals. This includes (but is not limited to) blogs, social media, videos, email marketing campaigns, and occasionally press releases and printed collateral.
3. Create both video and graphic assets for internal and external communication channels and collaborate with outside agencies as needed.
4. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.
5. Monitor organic search performance, and conduct ongoing research to refine search engine performance, and craft content with SEO in mind.
6. Generate and present analytics reports to sales and executive teams. Data includes KPIs for ad performance, lead gen, value of opportunities delivered by marketing, cost per lead, and web analytics.
7. Create, develop, and adhere to a marketing budget.
8. Evaluate tools, systems and services to ensure they fill a need and provide maximum value.
9. Identify enhancements to the customer experience and pitch them to sales and executive team.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, specifications, technical procedures, is a plus. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages is a plus.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and report generating software. Visual manufacturing software a plus.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-3 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment preferred.
2 or 4 year college degree preferred
