Team Members

At Jon M. Hall Company we attribute our success to our valued team members. Their hard work and dedication has created one of the most notable and longest-running site contractors in Central Florida for 40 years. It is our philosophy to teach and promote from within, creating an organization that runs seamless and offers opportunities for team members to grow with the company and make it a place to call their home.

On The Leading Edge of Equipment Technology

To stay ahead of the industry curve, we have an equipment team that handles all aspects of equipment management. We employ in-house professional service crews, preventative maintenance crews, transportation crews, material handling trucks, and mechanics. As such, we are able to control costs and produce a near 100% production rate from our equipment usage.

Our philosophy is to own new equipment from major manufacturers like Sany, Caterpillar, Kubota, John Deere, etc., making for less downtime in the field. The latest improvement to our equipment operations is the use of Trimble automatic control GPS, a boon that has increased the efficiency and productivity of our earthwork and road crews through less survey and human error.

We also utilize software that communicates with our field management, estimating and accounting departments so we can continue to be at the forefront of job production, ultimately delivering a quality job within proposed schedules.

What We Are About

We are here to provide the best quality of work in a competitive manner and deliver projects to our clients on budget and within schedule. Our management team’s background covers everything from heavy road and bridge construction, general contracting, sitework construction, and land development management. The management group has an average of 20 years in the construction industry.

Jon M. Hall Company is a little different from most site contractors in that we self-perform almost every aspect of the work. We employ our own concrete crews, including curb, sidewalks, throat-and-top construction and other flat work. In addition, we also have our own utility crews, pipe service crews, road base crews, dirt crews, clearing crews and in-house survey. Our survey department consists of several crews utilizing the latest in Glonass GPS technology. The survey manager is a Florida Professional Licensed Surveyor, allowing us to provide our own certified and stamped “as builts” for all projects. Just another tool in helping Jon M. Hall Company to remain competitive and to maintain ever-tightening construction schedules.

Type of Work

Jon M. Hall Company covers all types of site development. We range from small commercial/industrial to large projects including residential, general commercial, industrial, public roads, golf courses, fly-in communities, and resort hotels.
