The Town Club is filled with unique landings for your respite after a long day, with the Rooftop Terrace that lets 13 stories mute the clamor of Downtown Los Angeles, or The Grill which brings signature dishes with fresh ingredients from our Urban Garden, meticulously paired with select wines from our expert sommeliers. With event and overnight rooms, gym, food, drink, and more, the Town Club is an oasis in the heart of one of the busiest cities in the world.
As Restaurant Manager this position will split time between office work and on the floor service, with a primary focus on the ladder. This position works alongside the rest of the front of the house members to create member and guest satisfaction in a high end atmosphere, the incumbent must have a great outgoing personality and be able to build a great rapport with our membership and bring vibrant energy to the room in an upscale manner.
Requirements
- 4 years’ or related experience in a high volume upscale operation
- High level of food & beverage product as well as service knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Ability to multitask according to business needs

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
