What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Staff position at Jonelco Event Services?
Looking for Security minded event staff to fill positions with our event team for our busy summer event season! Work cool events like the NFL draft, Grand Prix, and many others!
We have many different events this summer, in and around the Metro Detroit area. Hours vary from 4 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts depending on the event. Some positions require standing, some events you may be able to sit. Most events are outside, and we work rain or shine.
Must pass a background check.
Paid breaks!
Most event duties are making sure patrons of the event do not bring prohibited items, possibly searching bags and purses, providing access control, watching stage equipment, observing, reporting, general event security duties.
Pay varies for each event, but averages between $16-$18 per hour. This is a 10-99 position.
Payday is (weekly), every Friday for the week prior, paid electronically, via direct deposit.
This could lead to a permanent position with the company.
