To continue our growth trajectory, we are adding to our National Accounts team. This position can be located anywhere in the country, in either a Jones Sign office or from your remote home office if you're not located in a market that has an office.

Position Summary: *
As a Project Coordinator on our National Accounts team, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our customers’ projects, from conception through installation. Our most successful Project Controllers work independently and anticipate the upcoming needs of the Project Managers they support. Additionally, they often support a large volume of projects simultaneously and work with a strong sense of urgency, utilizing a wide variety of technical tools to stay on top of project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end support of projects, such as rebranding jobs and new construction.
- Partner with Project Managers as well as internal operations, sales, design, engineering, permitting, purchasing, fabrication, shipping, installation, and finance departments to see the project through to completion.
- Ability to work within a Jones Sign office, or remotely as this position can be located anywhere within the continental US.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in the sign industry required
- Technical/engineering knowledge to understand blueprints, architectural concepts, drafting and construction standards preferred
- Technical proficiency in a variety of programs, to include Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc
