A Few Details About The Role

• Drive sales productivity, census and occupancy for assisted living and health centers at each community.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and monitor and promote sales and admissions team activity to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and execute admissions and public relations plans for assisted living and health centers to achieve optimal admission/census goals and meet or exceed projections.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a health center marketing plan, which will focus on the prescribed occupancy/census levels for each category of Medicare and private pay residents to maximize revenue.
• Assist in the development and implementation of community external business development outreach programs to increase referral.
• Manage the different health care payor sources to include Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMO’s and private pays; and can correlate the implication of each payor source to the revenue model at each respective community and Lifespace overall.
• Lead the development and implementation of turn-around action plans for struggling properties. Assists in diagnostics marketing audits of troubled communities and create plans to increase occupancy/revenue.
  
  

And Here’s What You Need To Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Eight to ten years’ experience.
• Strategic marketing experience within the clinical care levels of continuing care retirement environments is required.
