- L**ooking for an exciting new opportunity? *Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading aircraft manufacturing company in Inver Grove Heights, MN. We are seeking candidates for Fabricator roles on the 1st shift. Interested? Read below for more information! *What the Fabricator will do:*
- Perform simple fabrication and assembly of aircraft parts within industry and company standards to meet deadlines
- Inspect all parts for cleanliness and flaws
- Notify supervisor of any build or quality issues for resolution
- Complete safety training prior to starting the job
- Maintain awareness of and follow all safety rules, including the use of safety equipment
- Return all unused parts
- What you’ll need to be a Fabricator:*
- 1 years of previous metal fabrication experience
- Ability to use tape measures, power tools, and hand tools
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to perform physical body movements such as bending and twisting with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must complete a manufacturing test
