Technical skills required include hands-on experience with a range of tools such as Azure DevOps, GIT, Azure pipelines, .NET, .NET Core, PHP, SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP web services. The ideal candidate will be a thorough and thoughtful communicator, highly organized, and have a strong track record in hiring and retaining top engineering talent. They should be tenacious, with finely tuned troubleshooting abilities, and have exposure to Artificial Intelligence tools and development. People leadership skills, including the ability to coordinate work for a cross-functional team and manage conflict, are essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
