What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Jordan Street Homes?
Seeking a part-time assistant to help manage a growing real estate portfolio. This ideal for someone who is interested in residential real estate investing and wants to "learn the ropes" by getting exposure to all the various components of property management.
Specific tasks include:
- Paying invoices and organizing expense information for use by accountants
- Monitoring rent payments, sending reminders
- Communicating with tenants and coordinating repairs
- Organizing our information in a way that is flexible and efficient
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) are essential. Familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp is a big plus.
This will require some onsite training in Alameda, CA but ultimately can be a mostly virtual position.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
