Job Posting for Event Management Intern at Jostens

- Travel. Ability to travel up to 10 days off-site for Renaissance Event.
- Technical Skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and after on-site training.
- Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication Skills. Customer service oriented and guest centric.
- Experience. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Education. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a Junior level or higher.
- Support. Yearbook Workshop Submission Organization.
- Update and maintain. Payment Reconciliation for JRGC, JAU, YBK Workshop.
- Develop. Encourage and support process improvement alongside the internal Events Management Team.
- Advise. Tracking and communicating timely reports related to assigned projects.
- Strengthen. Command the ability to create and manage event registration websites.
- Help. Other Tasks as Assigned.
