About You:
The Event Management Intern will work with the internal Jostens Event Management team to deliver innovative, quality events aligned with organizational strategies. This position’s primary responsibility focuses on event registration and customer service. The Event Management Intern must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and after on-site training, command the ability to create and manage event registration websites. The Event Management Intern will also be responsible in coordinating session materials, shipping logistics, event app implementation, mailings and any other projects as assigned. This position will be responsible for tracking and communicating timely reports related to assigned projects. It is essential to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail as this position will be balancing multiple tasks and deadlines at one time.

Travel. Ability to travel up to 10 days off-site for Renaissance Event.
Technical Skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and after on-site training.
Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Great communication Skills. Customer service oriented and guest centric.
Experience. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred, but not mandatory.
Education.Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a Junior level or higher.
Update and maintain.Payment Reconciliation for JRGC, JAU, YBK Workshop.
Develop. Encourage and support process improvement alongside the internal Events Management Team.
Advise. Tracking and communicating timely reports related to assigned projects.
Strengthen. Command the ability to create and manage event registration websites.
Help. Other Tasks as Assigned.
