ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our JostensPIX team. The successful candidate will be generating sales in an assigned territory for school photography and yearbook.
YOU HAVE:

- Sales Skills. Relevant and proven sales skills with back-to-back years of positive sales growth.
- Relationship Management. Demonstrated success developing and maintaining customer relationships through great customer focus.
- Great Communication Skills. You enjoy acting as a true business partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
- Experience. Our ideal candidate has 2 years of related photography and/or yearbook sales experience preferred.
- Education. You have a 4-year degree (preferred not required).
YOU WILL:
- Grow. Achieve and exceed sales goals while ensuring successful picture day and yearbook experiences.
- Prospect. Heavy focus on generating new business and sales.
- Develop. Build and maintain customer relationships. Effectively coordinate with Jostens' Operations and Yearbook teams.
- Educate. Make professional presentations to prospects on the benefits of choosing Jostens.
- Demonstrate. Successful sales plans from implementation to closing deals.
- Renew. Proactively assist in retaining and renewing customers.
- Integrity. Represent the Jostens brand and shared values of accountability to customers, unwavering integrity, responsibility and respect for those we serve.

This Inside Sales Representative position is considered remote.
