POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
POSITION: Warehouse Specialist FLSA: Non-Exempt
DEPARTMENT: Warehouse REPORTS TO: Director/Owner
JOB SUMMARY:
Brand Experience Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind returns, exchanges, refunds, and damages. Brand Experience Warehouse Specialist will also ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention. Assist Warehouse and Wholesale Teams as needed.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Inspect items for defects and report as required.
- Sort appropriately, receive and put back incoming items.
- Inspect, process, restock and solve all returns and exchanges and communicate with Customer Care, Buying and Production Teams on any noted issues.
- Inspect, process and complete all damaged items from Stores and Ecomm.
- Assist Customer Care department in addressing customer complaints about shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinate and complete TOs, OOS with Store Teams and Customer Care Team to complete customer orders and cases within a timely manner.
- Manage and supervise all cases efficiently and urgently.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Team and Stores to maintain efficient and effective customer response procedures.
- Provide detailed analysis and daily, weekly and monthly reporting on returns, exchanges, damages, TOs, OOS and other metrics to leadership.
- Support Warehouse Coordinator in any Inventory Cycle Counts as needed, communicating Inventory Adjustments to the Buying Team.
- Support Warehouse Coordinator when required, with picking, billing, wrapping, and shipping orders.
- Support Warehouse Coordinator with restock and put backs and maintain an inventory of orders as needed.
- Support Wholesale Team on logistics of picking, prepping, packing, and shipping Wholesale orders as needed.
- Follow all Warehouse procedures and safety measures.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize Warehousing procedures.
- Keep the Warehouse clean and organized daily.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or Diploma in any discipline.
- Proven warehouse experience working in the Logistics Department as a Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Worker, or a similar role.
- Understanding of Logistics software programs such as SAP, NetSuite will be preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in teams.
