Journera has developed a revolutionary data platform for travel-related companies to craft more seamless, personalized journeys for their customers and run their businesses better with rich, real-time data. Journera is seeking a front-end engineer to join the Technology team. We are building an Experience Management Platform that will analyze data from across the travel industry. In this role, you will work closely with the rest of the engineering teams and the product organization to bring our products seamlessly to our customers. The suite of products we developed helps our clients have visibility or participate at different touchpoints of the traveler's journey.
We are looking for an engineer to help us scale our provisioning and delivery of these different products through a dedicated front-end platform. Our goal is a cohesive and integrated user experience from onboarding, account management, product provisioning, and billing.

What you bring
- Experience with React or a very similar JavaScript framework
- Demonstrated understanding and practice of HTML, CSS, and web technologies with an eye for reusability
- Examples of web applications focused on B2B or internal tooling
- Collaboration with engineering teams by writing technical specifications and documentation
- Comfortable working in an iterative development process, capable of showing self-direction
- Familiarity in crafting UI and UX designs with tools like Figma
- Turn designs, and mock-ups into prototypes
- Some experience with a cloud provider like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

What you'll do- Build internal web application(s) that enable our operation teams to configure and deliver our products
- Work closely with the product team to design and deliver efficient workflows
- Responsible for the full development lifecycle: from engaging with stakeholders, and designing with product owners to assessing the positive impact of your changes in production
- Help implement Journera's design across our customer-facing front-ends
- Participating in code reviews, pair programming, and other collaborative activities to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing
- Testing and debugging the front-end code to ensure high-quality standards and fix any issues that arise
- Advocates for and improves code quality, automated tests, CI/CD initiatives, and the developer experience
