About the Job (岗位介绍):
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team as a Toddler Teacher for children aged 1.5-3 years old. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop a unique, age-appropriate Chinese curriculum and accompanying materials that foster the physical, emotional, social and cognitive development of each child.
You will work closely with our Montessori teacher to plan, organize and implement a Montessori program that is consistent with the Montessori philosophy and methodology. Chinese teacher will also be responsible for planning and organizing Chinese lessons and creating lesson plans that meet the needs of each student.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also play a crucial role in creating a warm, loving, and welcoming environment in the classroom that takes into consideration the students and their feelings at all times. You will be a model of positive behavior and show respect for the students, their families and family members or associates at all times.
As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain open communication with parents at all times. You will also be organized and detail-oriented, maintaining accurate and detailed records of each student's progress.

Perferred :
- Previous experience working with children
- Bachelor degree in Education
- One year or more Chinese teaching experience
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Cheerful and flexible, easy to work with
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.21 per hour
