Our Lehigh Valley Division, located in Allentown, PA, is currently searching for a Service Advisor! Our goal is to find the right fit for our team to grow into leadership roles, such as a Shop Manager or Parts Manager! To achieve that goal, this position is based fully onsite.

What You Will Do:

• Process work orders
• Order and receive parts
• Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure prompt processing with accounts payable
• Assist in inventory control
• Schedule shop personnel
• Special projects and other job duties as assigned

You Have:

• One (1) year of experience creating, reviewing, and closing work orders

• The ability to coordinate with other internal departments to meet shop needs.
• Experience in utilizing computerized systems to order parts

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products, specifically excel

You Might Have:

• Prior Truck/Automotive Service/Dealership experience
• Previous or current mechanic/technician experience
• A general knowledge of truck parts and equipment
