What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at JP Steakhouse?
As Assistant Manager, you are responsible for supporting the General Manager in managing the team, operations and financial objectives of the restaurant. You will contribute to achieving sales goals, developing employees, and ensuring all systems are efficiently utilized. You will affect these responsibility areas through the use of coaching, and feedback to the staff.
This position requires successful previous experience, preferably in a similar environment. This position requires you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length. Additionally, this position requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists and be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
