We’re looking for talented onsite community manager to support our current residents, make welcome new residents, and manager the overall success of the complex. Duties include leasing, tenant communication, rent collection, scheduling maintenance, insuring the property is maintained all while maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.
We are seeking a customer-driven person with exceptional organizational and self-management skills, and a can-do attitude to join a dynamic team of managers.
Duties include:- Leasing/showing units
- Income verification ,Tenant screenings
- Customer Service with tenants and vendors
- Accepting Rent Payment, and banking funds
- Supervising managing 3rd party vendors and maintenance personnel as needed
- Insuring the property is market ready on a daily basis, which may include tasks such as picking up trash around property
Required Qualifications Include:- prior Apartment Management experience desirable
- Computer skills, including email, internet, Word and Excel required
- Prior customer service experience is required
