As Senior Manager/Project Manager at JRC you will...
· Manage technical projects in microelectronics, engineering, and IT services domains
· Lead teams of engineering experts on programs for Airborne Electronic Attack systems, Radar systems, Sonar systems for the US Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force customers
· Manage contacts, funding, and team personnel to meet schedule, cost and technical performance including preparing CDRLs for contract reporting metrics
· Recruit and hire employees for current and future customer needs
· Contributes to strategic growth goals and promote team capabilities to bring in new business by overseeing division pipelines
What you bring to the table...
· A BS Degree from an ABET accredited institution or equivalent years of experience
· 15 years of related professional experience
· Demonstrated contract management experience
Bonus Points for...
· A Secret security clearance (or above) or recently held a clearance and remain in favorable status
· Proposal experience including bidding and estimating and writing technical proposals
· Experience managing NSWC Crane programs
