What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Crew Leader position at Jrm Landscaping & Maintenance?
Landscaping and Lawn service company looking for an experienced crew leader with room to grow within our company!
We are a small family owned and operated company in Flagler county servicing residential and commercial properties.
Qualifications:
- Experienced applicants only please. MUST have a minimum of recent 3 year experience in management for a lawn maintenance and full landscaping installation company.
- Must be able to supervise a crew and report to upper management.
- Must know how to operate weed eaters, blowers, edgers, hedgers and mowers.
- Willing to train the right candidate on mowers and hedge trimming.
- Must be knowledgeable with mowing heights on various lawn species.
- Experience with Labor intensive work and working in the heat.
- Must have some experience with landscaping, new plant material installs and cleanups.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop and be dependable.
- No frequent call outs! Reliability is a MUST.
- Pay is based on experience.
- Job is half lawn maintenance and half landscape installation.
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Additional information:
- There is room for growth as we add trucks to the road which would come with a pay raise.
- Hours are typically Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as rain make up days.
