You are the face of KFC! You are the first point of contact our customers have when they walk in to the restaurant or pull up to the drive-thru or you have the responsibility of preparing the food – their primary reason for coming to KFC. You may serve hundreds of customers or prepare lots of food but the only order that matters to the customer is theirs. You have the opportunity to make their day. Qualifications
- Ability to speak and read English
- Able to arrive at work on time for scheduled shift in proper uniform
- Ability to follow directions while learning and perform those activities independently after training
- Must be at least 16 years of age

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak, hear, and read English, stand at a workstation, walk freely around the exterior and interior of the restaurant, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and operate equipment and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently lifts and/or moves objects up to 25 pounds. The work environment is the kitchen and dining room of the restaurant. The temperature in the kitchen may exceed 85 degrees at certain times of the day and seasons of the year. The employee will need to move in and out of the walk-in coolers and freezers multiple times during the shift where the temperatures are as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
