Salary: $16 - $20 per hour- Depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time – 40 Hours a Week

Are you ABLE to use your A to Z trade skills to build decks, repair roofs, hang drywall, pin siding, install windows, and replace doors safely on budget?

The Construction/Roofing Helper reports to the Project Manager. This position works with our Renovations & Repairs team performing Construction/Roofing Repairs and Installation, Wood Replacement, Renovations, Kitchen & Bath Remodels, Decks, Additions, Carpentry and Painting. Must have a valid driver's license. Company vehicle provided for work. Must be available to run other errands throughout the workday if needed. We are looking for someone ready to learn and move up within the company to a Lead position.

Meets Project Manager every morning for the schedule of the day.

Brings materials to job site if needed.

Must have skills and be able to work with little to no supervision.

Must be able to provide quality work and care about the perfection of the project.

Have own hand tools.

Be able to assist with roof repairs, renovations, remodeling, and other surfaces.

Must have carpentry skills including rough carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, finish drywall, painting and caulking.

Must have working knowledge and skills for kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions, and roof repairs.

Clean work areas and equipment.

Qualities Characteristics Aptitude:

Must maintain Valid Driver’s license at all times.

Reliable transportation to and from work

Roofing & Carpentry experience required.

Integrity and Honesty. Cares about quality!

Follows direction precisely; Eager to help others and team player; Positive, Polite.
Punctual; able be at work Monday through Friday by 7:00am to 4:00pm /- with some occasional weekend work if needed.

Comfortable working with heights (on ladders, using body harnesses or other fall protection) and on foundations.
