Job Description
Responsible for complete production support and development of all the applications under the TREASURY TAX OTHER SYSTEMS department.
Should have development/technical experience as well as a strong communication, leadership and planning acumen.
Technical:
Working knowledge of the following technologies (meaning you can use these technologies to complete work independently) as required:
Java , JavaScript, Python and SQL. Responsible for ensuring that all file feeds and wires are processed correctly and within daily timeframes within the GTreasury and Frontier systems.
Communication:
The ability to clearly communicate (written and oral) technical issues to non-technical employees and leadership. The ability to develop and lead technical meetings. Will be responsible for developing new metrics for reporting of production issues. Will also be responsible for communicating back to external banks and internal departments when file feeds are not received in a timely manner or are not in the correct format. The ability to develop and maintain clear project documentation (specification, plans, JIRA notes)
Leadership:
A natural ability to take charge when there is a critical outage. Coordinate, communicate, engage the right areas/people, "keep a running status " and maintain open communications with business and IT leadership. The ability to "own the issue " and to represent the organization in projects. (Key words: Proactive, Engaged, Passionate, Results Oriented, Trustworthy, and a Servant Leader.)
Planning Ability:
The ability to define project requirements and to management a project from start to finish. To clearly report accurate statuses of projects and smaller efforts.
Some knowledge of Treasury/Banking systems would be a plus but is not required. Knowledge of GTreasury and Frontier is not required.
