Hiring Requirements:
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Prefer 6 months of industry experience in residential plumbing & drain cleaning.
- Great attitude & willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Essential Job Details:
- Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of water, gas, and drain systems while maintaining world-class craftsmanship.
- Complete city inspections for permitted jobs as needed.
- Lead, train, and mentor-apprentice plumbers with installation work of residential plumbing systems to meet company standards.
- Respectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for completed and incomplete jobs.
- Process and complete all necessary documentation after completion of work.
- Maintain company provided vehicle and inventory of parts, fixtures, tools, and shop equipment.
