How You’ll Make a Difference As a Practice Manager, you will help lead the office and help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a training program where you’ll gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you be successful and grow within our organization. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards Supervise and develop the non-clinical staff within the dental practice Coordinates with clinical team to help ensure a positive patient experience Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in management Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications Associates degree or higher preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.
