Description:
Our client is seeking an EAM SAP Systems Analyst II for a permanent/direct hire hybrid position in the greater Philadelphia area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of software maintenance upgrades, determine business process change impacts and identify technology solutions for business problems.
- Identify and define software solutions and develop business requirements for those solutions.
- Perform comprehensive application maintenance upgrades, and manage deployments for SAP and other assigned applications.
- Provide application support for production systems; debug and resolve data and system issues.
- Develop reporting requirements, including ad hoc data analysis, to support the needs of the business.
- Participate in planning activities for business application requirements.
- Perform integration testing, and work with business users to support user acceptance testing. Participate in application performance tuning.
- Assist with application disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
- Develop and utilize departmental standards and procedures.
- Maintain up to date skill level and knowledge of industry directions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum five years application support experience.
- Minimum two years utilizing one or more of the following applications preferred:
- Customer Information Systems & Billing
- Work Management
- SAP Device Management
- SAP Enterprise Asset Management
- SAP Plant Maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education.
