Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Product Owner to work hybrid in Wilmington, DE. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. W2 only.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Build and own the product/program vision for assigned agile product teams that aligns with the overall strategic intent and communicate them with the teams and their stakeholders.
- Make autonomous decisions, quickly and thoughtfully, to move delivery forward in alignment with overall product vision and strategy; ensure assigned Product Owners adhere to this.
- A strong understanding of data strategy, data platforms, data governance, and data integration and how to enable a holistic data strategy to support business outcomes.
- Making sure that data architectural standards are maintained, adhered to, and refined as necessary.
- Manage and lead a group of Product Owners all working toward the same strategic intent.
- Leading multiple teams in a Product Leadership capacity to ensure that data product development is aligned to business transformation objectives.
- Developing and communicating Product roadmaps, KPI's, OKR's to business stakeholders and executives
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' business, analytical, technical and/or product experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 14 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 10 years' business, analytical, technical and/or product experience.
- Proven business expertise with experience in setting clear priorities, understanding business value impacts and independent decision-making.
- Prior experience prioritizing across competing priorities and quickly changing landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Design Thinking principles
- Knowledge of product design and development best practices
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
- Experience working in partnership with user experience teams on product design
- Experience developing/managing digital capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
