This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Day by day project animation and coordination with all the project contributors : business team – quality departments- packaging department - purchase team – supplier - operation ..
- Animation of project process
- Development from brief & laboratory step until industrialization
- Building and update of the project planning
- Respect of the planning
- ERP loading ( RM – Pack- BOM - ..) process
- Conformity of the recipes with regulation customer’s expectation, equipment’s capability, R&D budget and cost expectation
- Organize and participate to the industrial trials
- Prepare and participate the first production
- Heat treatment definition and qualification
- FG specification, SOP, production procedure, control plans implementation
- Training of shopfloor teams
- Coordinates primary packaging development with supplier and dedicated team
- Is contributor for graphic chain
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience in NPD project management in food manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated successful experience for coordination of project group and process
- Demonstrated experience in green or braun field project as an R&D project engineer
- Demonstrated experience and involvement for product launch
- Demonstrated knowledge in the packaging area
- Project management : organization - coordination – respect of planning – priority sense
- Recipe and formulation development ability
- Nutritional knowledge
- Heat treatment ( pasteurization / sterilization) knowledge
- FDA USDA CCOF US regulation processes
- Knowledge in packaging
