Title: Workstation PC Technician
Location: Englewood, CO
Job Description:
- Support a robust Microsoft-based network running Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, etc. Basic Desktop and Networking support knowledge on Windows Operating systems, OS error conditions, Ipconfig Command, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy. PC Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet expertise are needed to perform the duties of this position.
- Mac experience is a plus.
- Under the guidance of IT representatives, duties may include some or all of the following: receiving assets, moving equipment within and/or between facilities, staging equipment for build/image activity, interviewing clients as part of pre-deployment asset discovery, executing against the deployment plan, executing equipment replacement activity, updating asset management system to reflect work performed, reporting and monitoring daily activity, installing and maintaining PC hardware and software, troubleshooting network usage and computer peripherals, perform data transfer and recovery, resolve network communication problems independently, e-mail administration, preparing assets for disposition, other administrative duties.
Skills Required:
Minimum 2 yr. experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Well-versed in installing windows, software, and applications.
- Minimum 1yr. experience with direct client interaction and proven customer service.
- Manage incoming and outgoing assets.
- Assist other technicians as needed.
- Extensive experience in profile management and data transfer.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
