YOUR IMPACT AT JULIE
Julie is a new healthcare company (launched 2022) that offers FDA-approved emergency contraception with the goal of increasing access and helping users make safer, more informed choices. Julie is sold at Walmart, CVS, and Target nationwide. With a one-for-one donation program (called “Julie for All”)—we have quickly become one of the largest donors of emergency contraception in the U.S. Julie is driven by the belief that all individuals deserve easy access to emergency contraception without stigma, fear, or anxiety. We aspire to reduce the roughly 48% of pregnancies in the U.S. that are either mistimed or unwanted.
Reporting to the Head of Impact & Innovation, the Impact Manager will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Julie’s donation program and impact initiatives.
Location: NYC hybrid (2-3 days per week in Julie's Soho office); occasional travel required.
WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO
- Own the development of Julie for All educational materials and creative assets
- Liaise with Operations team to ensure product delivers to impact partners on time
- Project manage and support the opening of a new distribution channel for 'Julie for All'
- Maintain strong relationships with our current impact partners, and conduct outreach to build new relationships in partnership with Impact Coordinator
- Ideate and support execution of impact-related activations and campaigns
- Set up processes and own regular data and reporting on impact related initiatives; communicate takeaways to key Julie stakeholders
- Research impact landscape on a regular basis, and own updating materials and strategies based on new information
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to develop marketing content that highlights our impact and partners
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an impact-focused role, organization or non-profit
- Bonus points if you have worked with reproductive health (or adjacent categories) not for profits, and have experience with contraceptive deserts
- A fast learner with a love for continuous improvement - you seek to optimize existing processes and have a keen eye for recognizing when new ones are needed
- An inquisitive mindset with a love for getting deep into the data to identify problems and opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to foster strong relationships - internally and externally
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic who can be flexible and agile in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- An empathic team player with a “no task too small” mentality
- Thorough understanding of reproductive health space and where the gaps/opportunities are to make a bigger impact
SALARY BENEFITS
- Compensation includes a $90-110K base depending on level of experience, and includes bonus eligibility and company stock options.
