As the Workplace Experience Partner, you will have a direct impact on our company's culture by supporting the overall employee experience and the elements that influence it, ultimately enabling growth and business success.
This role has a broad spectrum of responsibilities geared towards developing engaging opportunities for our US based Jumpers. You will contribute your ideas on ways to elevate our employee experience, lead team and location-wide events, work across various departments to ensure communication, support leadership with administrative needs, and so much more.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the charge on creating programs and experiences that will attract employees to the office and collaborate with key stakeholders and the People Ops team to uphold an environment that inspires employees to do their best work
- Be the local point of contact for all things Workplace Experience and coordinate day to day interactions with an array of workplace vendors
- Plan and coordinate employee events and experiences both on and offsite
- Collaborate with internal teams on ways to engage domestic and international visitors and create opportunities for them to connect with local counterparts and have a productive trip to the office/city
- Work with Team Directors to achieve their vision of an employee's daily experience
- Handle company-wide and local promotion of opportunities for connection including onsite events, fitness center offerings, volunteer opportunities, etc.
- Manage and recommend employee perks and other employee incentives that will elevate the employee experience
- Partner with US Workplace Coordinators to ensure employees and visitors have a consistent and positive experience across locations
- Introduce creative ideas to deliver an engaging physical environment, efficient seating services, and other environment related needs
- Oversee budget and track office related spend, negotiate vendor contracts, and recommend cost savings where applicable
- Write, review, and distribute location and/or company-wide communications via Slack, Email or Confluence
- Other duties as assigned or needed
Skills You'll Need:
- At least 10 years of experience cultivating a positive office space and employee experience
- A Bachelor's degree
- Strong ability and desire to create connection points across an organization
- The desire to go above and beyond a job description
- An innate ability to "roll up your sleeves" and make it happen
- An excellent ability to quickly pivot to put out fires as well as manage long-term projects
- The ability to solve problems without a manual
- Enough experience with facilities and IT to be dangerous, or to know who to call
- Have a knack for thinking of the "little things" that add to an employee or visitor experience
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Curiosity about new ways to innovate in the workplace services and employee experience space
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, Jira, and Confluence or similar applications
- Reliable and predictable availability including the ability to be onsite five days a week
