Junior Library Guild is the premier book review and collection development service helping K-12 School Libraries and Public Libraries acquire the best new children's and young adult books. We are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help in our efforts. The day-to-day essence of this role will be assisting sales managers and the sales team with leads, orders, quotes, and sales reports. You’ll take ownership and maintain the SharePoint (our training and information repository) and manage correspondence and reports for the management team. Along the way you will collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to help with lead vetting and other duties to support getting the best books into the hands of more children.

The Sales Support Specialist role requires someone who exhibits curiosity, collaboration, and a sense of urgency. This person will be working independently as well as within a team and should be proficient at learning new software and platforms quickly. We expect that this person will come into the office on average once a month and will need to be on-site for two weeks of training at the start of the role.
