What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mass Tort Attorney position at JurisTemps?
Fast-paced plaintiffs’ side toxic tort litigation firm located in downtown St. Louis looking for an associate attorney to add to our discovery/trial team.
Responsibilities will include reviewing discovery answers, analyzing liability angles, drafting, and arguing motions, and preparing memoranda. The attorney will be actively involved in all stages of discovery with the potential for trial work.
Ideal candidate will be thorough, organized, creative and enjoy investigative research. A passion for representing working class people is a requirement for this job.
