_DESCRIPTION: _ _ _We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Specialist who will focus on providing operational support to the Parcel department. The Operations Specialist will be subject matter experts who possess intimate knowledge to identify and address certain financial and operational system functions used by Jusda Supply Chain Management.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper pricing is in place for customers and vendors in operating system.
Provide support and customer service to customers through a help desk system.
Provide support and help troubleshoot issues to internal users.
Update weekly shipment analysis reports and understand causes of activity trends.
Help setup customer and user profiles.
File claims and follow up with resolutions.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required
Highschool diploma or G.E.D.
eCommerce experience
International and US Domestic logistics experience
Intermediary knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal / written communication and presentation skills
