- Develop and execute a social media community outreach strategy that enhances the company’s online presence
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to generate new and innovative content ideas
- Perform data entry for orders, ensuring accuracy and organization of information
- Assist in handling the sales manager’s errands and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and helpful manner
