We're searching for a vibrant Assistant Manager for SPENGA in the Fort Worth area. Our Saginaw studio is BRAND NEW and we're looking for a talented leader to manager our Front Desk Team, Operations and New Member growth.

HIGHLIGHTS: You will be working directly with the Owner. Growth opportunities are realistic as new locations open in the Denver market. Flexible schedule preferred. Our clients train early mornings and evenings in the studio so the ideal match will be able to support our ownership group with some opening and closing shifts. Dynamic leaders wanted. Must be a confident leader, demonstrate dynamic customer service skills, exhibit a spirit for growth and a willingness to learn and work with the best in the business. Ideally, this person will be groomed for growth as the studio expands.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage & Support Front Desk Team
- Drive sales and support sales training for the team
- Weekly communication to the team
- Monthly communication to the members
- In-studio events
- Community events outside the studio
- Assist members with customer service solutions
- Assist with developing and executing in-studio promotions and events
- Ensure that all studio facilities are clean and well maintained
- Create an amazing culture: Manager to Team, Team to Members, Members to Members

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong management and leadership abilities
- Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services
- Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
- Motivation and drive
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
